LOCATION: Located on Highway 16 about 17 miles northeast of Fredericksburg, which is the county seat; or 23 miles south of Llano; or 26 southwest of Marble Falls; or 62 miles west of Austin; or 70 miles north of San Antonio; or 200 miles southwest of Dallas; or 205 miles west northwest of Houston. All distances are measured straight-line “as the crow flies”.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION ON THIS PROPERTY: This property has always been used for ranching, hunting and recreation and it is being taxed based on agricultural use. The current owner has owned the ranch for several years. The ranch is lightly stocked with cattle. This property has not been hunted in 15 years and it is teeming with wildlife.
